This week, we added an option at the top of each Supplementary Form to make the entire form For Office Use Only Forms marked as For Office Use Only can be placed on a checklist for use by administrators but will not be visible to applicants on their checklists

We've refreshed the look and feel of our PDF exports. Clicking on Export to PDF will also now give you the option to export all forms or specific form types (e. Supplementary forms or Re-enrollment forms)
