WAB began an OpenApply trial in 2014 and officially launched the system in 2015. Since then, they have processed over 500 enquiries and applications online.
WAB uses OpenApply’s flexible task functions to effectively manage their complex admissions workflow. Tasks are assigned to different staff for actions like parent follow-up, application review, and more! Task notifications remind staff members of what is on their to-do list, so no applicants get lost in the shuffle.
Customisable Status Levels
OpenApply’s customisable status levels allow WAB to mark where all applicants sit in the admissions process. Staff members are able to view an applicant at any time and see exactly what step they’re on. OpenApply also allows filtering for each status level so all applicants at each level can be viewed at any time.
