Students are created instantly in iSAMS once their status is changed to Enrolled in OpenApply. Student IDs in OpenApply are matched to School Codes in iSAMS to prevent duplicates and allow information to be updated directly from OpenApply at a later date.For Parents
When a student is Enrolled in OpenApply, their parents are pushed across as iSAMS Contacts. Parents are matched between systems using name and email to ensure accuracy.If you are already using the OpenApply - ManageBac integration or iSAMS - ManageBac integration, you can combine one of them with the OpenApply - iSAMS integration in order to link all three systems, allowing your school to use the best system for every task.
