New & Improved Tours Scheduler

The new process for scheduling tours displays available times by day of the week in a Calendar format. In one-click, parents can pick a preferred tour time, and in the next step enter contact details. Under Settings > Admissions > Tours, you can define separate tour times by programme (e.g. the Primary school can have tour times scheduled separately from Secondary). You can also define the capacity for each tour time, which will limit the number of parent registrations. Lastly, you can define the Host who will be taking parents on the tour.   Further down the same page, you can select holidays when tours are not available. With the new improvements, you no longer have to confirm tours one-by-one, but you can still easily reschedule tours via the Applicant Profile, which will automatically notify the family.
