We’ve been collecting your feedback on how we can improve the events functionality in OpenApply, and we’re excited to announce the release of Events 2.0! We’ve focused on enhancing registrant communication and schedule customisation.
With Events 2.0, you can find the following new features:
- Filter for registrants on the roster
- Mark registrant attendance
- Close event registration period
- Event start and end dates
- Monthly recurring events
- Embed events form
- Additional Chinese translations
With these updates, you can use the roster to filter for individuals that have registered for your events, then send messages, export information, mark attendance, assign tags, and more! You can now close the registration period, which allows you to deter parents from registering right before an event is scheduled to start. Additionally, you now have even more options for when an event starts, ends and repeats.
