The world is being reshaped by digital intelligence, machine learning and artificial intelligence. We have all taken a step towards digital intelligence since 2020, by converting analogue information into digital formats to ensure accessibility for all people involved in the process, driving efficiency to make the admissions process faster and easier, and analyzing data to better understand our potential families.

We have to learn how to move towards using AI and develop systems that can help us mimic or augment our cognitive abilities, not only for the admissions process but, more importantly, for the student and family transition into a new school.

School admissions offices have to select good candidates for their school and help parents understand the difficult process of selecting the right school for their children. To accomplish this goal, it is necessary to better understand a family’s dynamics and parenting style. First, it is important for parents to understand their children. Secondly, it is essential they understand the school’s curriculum and methodologies. Finally, it is important to have parents actively involved in their child’s education.
